Do your luxe come with original packaging and tag?
This depends on the luxe. If the original box, tag or other accessories such as dust bag is included, we will mention in our product description and shown in the photos. If these items are not visible in the photos and not in the description, they are not available.
Why are some luxe price higher than the new luxe in store?
Our luxe are curated from overseas market and the prices are affected by the difference in market value, rarity, exchange rate etc.

Curated luxe - Your order will be couriered to you in seven (7) to ten (10) working days as our partner is based overseas. Delays may occur, due to customs procedures in overseas or Singapore. We will advise when this situation arise. Consignment luxe - Your order will be couriered to you in two (2) to three (3) working days as luxe are stored in Singapore.

Do you provide authentication certificate for consignment luxe?
We guaranteed the authenticity of every luxe we sell. To provide you with a peace of mind when purchasing, all luxe valued SGD$600 and above, and it's authentication card has been misplaced, we will provide complimentary third party authentication certificate.
If I requested authentication certificate for the luxe I purchased, is there a charge?
You have the option to add on purchase for the authentication certificate. Please allow us one (1) to two (2) working days to process. We will advise the charge for this service.
